Residential HVAC Sales

Commission only position- you have the potential to earn $40,000 to up to 11% Commission

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with residential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:

- (YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OUTSIDE SALES IN HEATING AND AIR TO BE CONSIDERED) Kennon Heating & Air is looking for a Professional Sales Representative/Comfort Advisor in the Cumming, GA area to join our Residential Replacement Team!

If you can follow the sales process by qualifying, nurturing, presenting, overcoming objections, and then closing the deal on a first meeting basis then you are who we are looking for.

This position works Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday’s as needed. Our Sales Representative/Comfort Advisor is provided with take-home vehicle, phone, iPad, gas card and uniform shirts/pants. We offer Health Insurance day 1, Aflac, Dental, Vision, and 401k. We will provide you with paid training, then you will be dispatched to customer’s homes to provide sales estimates based off of leads that are set/scheduled by our call center.
**Must have at least 2 years of Residential Heating and Air Experience**
